2. No Refund Policy
All purchases on Lifewalk are final and non-refundable. As a digital product, the service is consumed immediately upon payment processing. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, the AI generation process begins automatically, consuming computational resources that cannot be recovered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you will not be entitled to any refund, regardless of the outcome of the generated content. This includes, but is not limited to: dissatisfaction with results, technical issues during generation, or any other circumstances.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate images and videos. By nature, AI technology produces results that may vary and can be unpredictable. We cannot guarantee that the generated content will meet your specific expectations.
You acknowledge and accept that AI-generated content may include unexpected modifications, variations in appearance, artistic interpretations, or results that differ from what you envisioned. Lifewalk is not responsible for any modifications, alterations, or unexpected outcomes produced by the AI system.

4. Intellectual Property Notice
You retain all rights to the original photos you upload to Lifewalk. By uploading photos, you grant Lifewalk a limited license to process these photos for the purpose of generating your personalized content.
The AI-generated content created from your photos is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your generated videos on social media and with friends and family.
Lifewalk retains the right to use anonymized data and aggregate statistics to improve our services, but we will never share your personal photos or generated content without your explicit consent.
